The Ethania Server is running The Forgotten Server 0.4_DEV which is licensed under GNU. The source code can be found on the SVN at http://www.otland.net/. The website layout and some images are owned by Cipsoft GmpH. The Ethania Server owner(s) accept money to pay towards server costs, hardware upgrades, purchasing maps, datapacks and lua scripts to help keep Ethania actively updated with new content. The Ethania Server reserve the right to disable any users account for any reason we feel necessary, providing donations to Ethania does not give you immunity to this. The Ethania Server owner(s) are not responsible for any donation or premium points not received due to issues not relating to our automatic donation system.
